Team member limits refer to the number of users who can access your organization's Regulatory Signals account. Each team member gets their own login and can view all signals, but usage limits (on Professional tier) are shared across the team. Team (up to 5 members), Growth (up to 20 members), and Enterprise (unlimited members) tiers support multiple users.

Acknowledging a signal marks it as reviewed by someone in your organization. It creates a timestamp and audit trail showing when the signal was seen. Why am I not receiving email notifications?

Check these common issues: 1) Verify your email address is confirmed (check Settings → Profile), 2) Check your spam/junk folder and whitelist noreply@sengol.ai, 3) Ensure notifications are enabled (Settings → Notifications), 4) Confirm you're subscribed to the right notification types. Critical alerts are enabled for all tiers, but daily/weekly emails require Professional+ tier.

I'm getting 403 errors from the API. Why?

I lost my API key. Can I recover it?

For security reasons, API keys cannot be recovered once generated. However, you can easily generate a new API key in Dashboard → Settings → API Keys. Click "Generate New Key" and update your applications with the new key. Old keys remain valid until you revoke them, giving you time to update integrations.
